Full Stack Developer Fresher

BDM Job Description

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer (Fresher) to join our IT team. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are enthusiastic about both front-end and back-end development and eager to support various development functions while learning and growing within a dynamic environment.

BDM Roles and Responsibilities

• Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of web applications.
• UI/UX Design: Ensure intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Database Management: Manage and optimize databases for efficient data storage and retrieval.
• API Integration: Develop and maintain APIs to support front-end and mobile applications.
• Testing & Debugging: Conduct unit and integration testing, troubleshoot bugs, and resolve performance issues.
• Collaboration: Work closely with designers, developers, and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, frameworks, and technologies.
• Support: Provide technical support and assistance for deployed applications.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Strong programming skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS and back-end languages like Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Proficiency in front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) and back-end frameworks (Express, Django, Spring).
• Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently as well as in teams.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in the full stack development field.
